Do I need a real estate license?
No. This program is for lead generation / marketing only. You do not negotiate or act as an agent — you simply connect us with the owner.
What makes a lead “qualified”?
We need accurate owner contact info, the property address, and confirmation the owner is open to selling. Duplicates, wrong numbers, or non-owners generally do not qualify.
Can I negotiate the price for you?
No — please don’t negotiate terms. We will speak directly with the owner and handle the full process.
Is the bonus a percentage of the deal?
No. Bonuses are flat marketing payments (typically $500–$1,000) based on completion, not a percentage of sale price.
