Lead Partner Bonus $500–$1,000
Regency Brokerage LLC may pay a flat marketing bonus of $500 to $1,000 for leads that result in a completed real estate transaction. No transaction completion = no bonus payment.

Assignment of Contract Rights Disclosure (Georgia)
Regency Brokerage LLC operates as a real estate investor and may enter into purchase agreements as a principal (a party to the contract). In certain transactions, Regency Brokerage LLC may assign its contractual rights and interests in a purchase agreement to another buyer. An assignment is a transfer of contract rights (sometimes referred to as an “equitable interest”) and is not the same as listing real estate for sale or acting as a real estate broker or agent. Regency Brokerage LLC does not represent buyers or sellers and does not provide brokerage services unless expressly agreed in writing. All transactions are conducted in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement and applicable Georgia laws.

- Allowed: Submitting owner contact information, property address, and confirming the owner is open to speaking with us.
- Not Allowed: Negotiating price/terms, presenting contracts, collecting signatures, or representing yourself as a broker/agent.
- Payment Type: Flat marketing bonus only — not a percentage, not a commission, and not brokerage compensation.
No Brokerage / No Agency Relationship
Use of this website does not create a brokerage relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Regency Brokerage LLC.
